diarrhoea
last week i'm really sick i'm fever and got diarrhoea because of i take wrong food... i shouldn't bought food from outside that's a lesson i learn... on last week saturday (08.01.2011) my head so heavy so i went to bed early at 21:30. early right? and i wake up the next morning still in the dizziness mode =_=" i thought when i slept early the whole nite i will be fine the next morning but i'm wrong again =(. on sunday morning i have to go to work but my head is still headache... eventhough i didn't miss my meal. i start to have diarrhoea on sunday night but i just thought because i have a high fever that's my stool is watery. the next morning which on monday (10.01.2011), i really seriously having diarrhoea. i went to toilet for more than 10 times... really serious right and worse part is i can't eat or drink. this diarrhoea continue until thursday, and i can't stand it anymore so i push myself to go to clinic. doctor said i must have taken some seafood but i didn't take any seafood. he also told me that i'm having dehydration so he gave me some ORS, smecta to stop dirrhoea, stomachache pills and probiotic which could throw the gems away... and i stop diarrhoea on saturday... phew luckily... so happy that i'm fine now...
